Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish new partnerships with media and partners, such as KOLs, opinion leaders, and other leaders in the local cryptocurrency domain, to attract active depositors and traders.
2. Maintain existing KOL relationships and performance.
3. Connect with local communities, monitor industry/competitor trends to optimize product, marketing, and operational strategies.
4. Provide timely, satisfactory, and trustworthy customer service and problem resolution for the company’s partners and users, proactively communicate with internal teams, and offer improvement suggestions to the company management team.
5. Become an indispensable member in both creative and strategic execution.
6. Expand the company’s customer base and establish long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
7. Enhance and build the company’s reputation and business in the local market.
8. Research emerging blockchain trends and recommend new company products to meet customer needs.
9. Follow the latest trends on social media, such as YouTube, TikTok, etc., as well as dynamics within the blockchain opinion leader community.

We expect you to:

1. Have experience in the local market with cryptocurrencies or blockchain, with existing relationships or understanding of influential figures within the local ecosystem.
2. Have a successful track record in business development or sales.
3. Be self-driven, eager to make an impact in areas with unclear rules, listen to market needs, and find ways to execute and make an impact.
4. Be results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
5. Be able to analyze sales data and write reports.
6. Possess excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
7. Hold a bachelor’s degree in BA, marketing, finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
