「3x Short on ASTER」 Whale Partially Gives Back Profits, Hyperliquid's Largest Bear Whale Counter-Longs ASTER to Lead the Bull Army
BlockBeats News, November 12th, according to HyperInsight monitoring, two addresses labeled as Abraxas Capital (0x5b5) (0xb83) have been continuously increasing their ASTER long positions since yesterday morning. The total position size has reached $8.16 million, with average prices of $0.99 and $1.09 respectively. The current unrealized profit is $750,000, and these two addresses are currently the largest long positions in ASTER on Hyperliquid.
In the combined holdings of the two Abraxas Capital addresses, there are positions in 12 different coins besides ASTER. All positions except ASTER are short. The total nominal value of the positions in the two addresses is approximately $430 million, making them the largest short positions in the Hyperliquid contract. In a previous news on November 5th, the two Abraxas Capital addresses opened small long positions in ASTER at $1.03. The main address (0x5b5) has an average position price of around $0.91, with a total position size of $2.4 million.
According to monitoring, the "3x ASTER Short" whale (0x9ee) who significantly increased their short position after CZ's ASTER purchase is still the top short position holder in the ASTER contract on Hyperliquid. As of the time of writing, there has been no closing of positions, and the current position size has reached $48.99 million, with an average price of $1.20. The unrealized profit has dropped from over $7 million from the peak to $2.92 million.
