Battlefield Map of Ukraine as of September 1, 2026

The war in Ukraine continues on its 1651st day. According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, there were 210 combat clashes over the past 24 hours. The enemy carried out 93 airstrikes, dropping 319 guided aerial bombs, deployed 10,947 kamikaze drones, and conducted 2,872 shellings of populated areas and positions of Ukrainian troops. In Sumy region, the areas of Mala Korchakovka, Yastrubshchyna, Pysarevka, Kucheryvka, Ulanovo, and Bachevsk were shelled. The aviation and artillery of the defense forces struck three areas of enemy troop concentration, one artillery system, three drone control points, and one communication node. In the Northern Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, the enemy did not conduct assault actions. In the Southern Slobozhansky direction, Ukrainian units repelled 16 attacks. In the Kupiansk direction, the enemy attacked in the direction of Hlushkivka. In the Lyman direction, the occupiers attacked six times in the areas of Dibrova and Stavky. In the Sloviansk direction, the enemy carried out two assault actions in the area of Ozerne. In the Konstantynivka direction, 20 attacks were recorded. In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 45 attacks. In the Hulyaipole direction, the occupiers attacked six times. In the Orikhiv direction, our defenders halted one attempt by the enemy to advance. In the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the enemy forming offensive groupings were detected.
