Blue Dollar Rises for the Third Week, Gap with Official Rate Reduces to 2.8%

The blue dollar closed this Friday at 1535 pesos for buying and 1555 pesos for selling. It recorded its third consecutive weekly increase, with a rise in the wholesale exchange rate that reduced the gap with the official rate from 3.6% to 2.8%. During the week, the parallel dollar rose by 0.3% (5 pesos), although it remains 5 pesos below the July closing (1560 pesos). So far this year, the increase is 1.6% (25 pesos). In the wholesale segment, the dollar closed at 1512 pesos for selling. The CCL dollar operates at 1609.09 pesos, with a gap of 6.4% compared to the official rate. The MEP dollar is at 1537.49 pesos, with a gap of 1.7%. The card dollar, which includes a 30% surcharge, stands at 1995.5 pesos. The crypto dollar or Bitcoin operates at 1599.75 pesos. Bitcoin, the most popular cryptocurrency, is quoted at 77532 dollars.
