BlockBeats News, November 13th, according to an announcement from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, Hong Kong-listed company Nature Holding Limited has announced that it has signed a purchase agreement with the Hong Kong-licensed virtual asset exchange HKVAX. The company will acquire approximately 5.56% of the issued share capital for 100 million Hong Kong dollars, including 24 million Hong Kong dollars in cash and the remaining 76 million Hong Kong dollars to be paid through the issuance of a three-year zero-coupon convertible bond with a conversion price of 2.5 Hong Kong dollars.
