BlockBeats News, August 27, according to HTX market data, HYPE briefly surged to $49.7, now retraced to $48.5, with a 24-hour gain of 12.88%. Market cap rose to $16.241 billion.
Earlier today, XPL saw a 200% surge on Hyperliquid, where a whale went long and "liquidated" the order book to earn $16 million in just 1 minute.
During the same period, HLP made around $47,000 during XPL's price anomaly, having previously lost nearly $12 million due to JELLY's price swing.
