Meritz Securities will exclusively integrate Webull's finance-specialized AI engine, Vega, into its financial platform, MOUM, on September 1. MOUM is being prepared as a platform that combines investment information exploration and interpretation with investor community features. Vega analyzes relevant disclosures, performance, and news to provide investment information when asked about a company's performance or stock price fluctuations. This integration demonstrates that competition in the retail investor platform is expanding into AI-based information interpretation tools. The collaboration between Meritz Securities and Webull has been anticipated since last year, and Webull announced its plans to enter the Korean market through a strategic partnership with Meritz Financial Group in November 2025. Lee Jang-wook, head of Meritz Securities' Innoviz Division, stated that the integration of Vega AI will change the way investment information is explored. MOUM is expected to evolve into a platform that interprets data according to user objectives, rather than just a simple information search service. He emphasized that the information provided by AI does not replace investment judgment, and users bear responsibility. MOUM is set to be launched on September 1.

Expanded U.S. Treasury long-bond buybacks helped pull yields lower and supported a modest rebound in risk appetite, with the major indexes closing slightly higher. At the same time, Bitcoin briefly rose above $70,000 and lifted crypto-linked equities, while positive Phase 3 vaccine data from Merck and Moderna pushed healthcare and biotech stocks higher. SK Hynix’s large-scale buyback also kept attention on the storage cycle and AI-related demand. Bitcoin and Ethereum surged in a historic 24-hour rally that added $190 billion to the crypto market and triggered $2.98 billion in liquidations. Here's what Treasury buybacks, a massive short squeeze, and new SEC rules mean for traders on WEEX.

Moderna shares more than doubled on 19 August 2026 after Merck and Moderna said the Phase 3 INTerpath-001 trial of intismeran autogene plus KEYTRUDA met its recurrence-free survival endpoint in resected melanoma. This page explains what the result is, why the stock reacted this hard, what is still unknown, which dates come next (presentation and earnings, both unconfirmed), and what a trader can actually do on WEEX — which does not list Moderna; the nearest instrument is the XBI-USDT biotech ETF perpetual. No price targets, no forecasts.
