Natalia Boyko Appointed CEO of GTS Operator of Ukraine
Prefer us on GoogleOn August 18, the Supervisory Board of the LLC "Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine" appointed Natalia Boyko as the Chief Executive Officer. The decision was made following an open competitive selection process involving the international recruitment company Odgers Berndtson, which considered over 20 candidates. Acting Chairman of the Supervisory Board of GTSOU Yan Chadam noted that this is a well-considered decision made as a result of a transparent competition. Deputy Minister of Energy of Ukraine Anatoliy Kutsiv emphasized that the transparent selection was made possible by the completion of the formation of the full composition of the Supervisory Board in July 2026. The competition for the position of CEO was announced on July 13. Natalia Boyko has over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, previously serving as the Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Naftogaz of Ukraine and as an advisor to two Prime Ministers of Ukraine. At GTSOU, she worked as the Deputy CEO.
