贾跃亭: QLGN to be Renamed to AIxCrypto Before November 20, Transitioning to Cryptocurrency and Web3 Business Platform
BlockBeats News, November 17th, Faraday Future Founder Jia Yueting announced that Qualigen Therapeutics, a US-listed company strategically invested by Faraday Future (NASDAQ: FFAI), will be renamed to AIxCrypto (AIXC) before November 20th, and will hold a renaming and ticker symbol change ceremony. In addition, all current QLGN shareholder proposals have been approved, making FF the majority shareholder and controlling shareholder.
BlockBeats previously reported that on September 20th, Faraday Future (NASDAQ: FFAI) announced today that it will strategically invest $41 million in a PIPE transaction in Qualigen Therapeutics (NASDAQ: QLGN), which will be renamed to CXC10 and transformed into a crypto and Web3 business platform.
