Commercial space company Rocket Lab (RKLB) founder and CEO Peter Beck plans to sell 5 million shares of common stock around July 6, valued at approximately $465 million. This plan has been confirmed in the latest Form 144 filing. Peter Beck had previously announced this stock sale back in March, when Rocket Lab stated that he would sell up to 5 million shares of common stock through Goldman Sachs, with the sale window potentially starting as early as the end of June 2026 and closing no later than July 8, 2026. On the day of the announcement, RKLB's stock price was $60.90. According to U.S. stock market data, RKLB closed yesterday at $93.09, down 7.37%.
