In the Bucha district of Kyiv region, a 100% stake in an agricultural enterprise specializing in industrial strawberry cultivation is up for sale. The asset, covering an area of 90 hectares, including 10 hectares of greenhouses, is priced at $11 million (9.8 million euros). The enterprise, established in 2017, is located in the village of Vyshnyaki. The complex includes a land plot for farming, with 10 hectares allocated for greenhouses and 80 hectares available for expansion. The berry harvesting season lasts 6-7 months due to the closed soil. The farm operates according to GLOBALG.A.P standards and employs hydroponic methods. The production capacity is approximately 1,000 tons of strawberries per year, with profitability estimated at 25-50%. The infrastructure includes a 50-ton refrigerator, an administrative building, a cafeteria, a workshop, two dormitories, a 250 kW substation, three wells, paved access roads, and a video surveillance system.
