The Chinese Ministry of Commerce has placed 10 American entities on the export control list
According to a report by the People's Daily, the Ministry of Commerce of China announced today that, in accordance with the Export Control Law and the Regulations on the Export Control of Dual-Use Items and other laws and regulations, in order to maintain national security and interests and fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, it has decided to officially include 10 U.S. entities, including Aveox, Red Cat, and USA Rare Earth, on the export control list starting from June 22.
The announcement clearly states that exporters are prohibited from exporting dual-use items to the aforementioned 10 entities, and organizations or individuals from any country or region are prohibited from transferring or providing dual-use items originating from China to these entities. It also requires an immediate cessation of ongoing related export activities. In addition, in special circumstances where export is necessary, operators must apply to the Ministry of Commerce in accordance with the law.
