Aave operates a lending market where institutions can borrow stablecoins using tokenized real assets as collateral, with Horizon deposits exceeding $440 million. Midas has issued mWIN in collaboration with Wellington Management, and mWIN operates on the Ethereum mainnet. According to a survey by Centrifuge, 86% of operating entities consider expanding distribution to be more important. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has stated that tokenized securities are also subject to federal securities laws. Currently, the tokenization market is expanding into Treasury bonds, stocks, and credit products, with collateral recognition, repayment conditions, and investor rights remaining the criteria for market usability.
