According to Caixin, U.S. Vice President Vance stated at a press conference that negotiations between the U.S. and Iran have not reached an agreement, and the U.S. negotiating delegation he leads will return home. Vance mentioned that the U.S. side has shown "considerable flexibility and sincerity" during the negotiations and has clearly outlined "acceptable and unacceptable conditions," but the Iranian side "chose not to accept." Vance also revealed that during approximately 21 hours of negotiations, the U.S. delegation maintained communication with President Trump and the national security team, and has presented Iran with a "final proposal," awaiting a response from the other side.
