BlockBeats News, November 25th, according to information on the SEC website, VanEck submitted an S-1 amendment for its BNB spot ETF on November 21st, with the ETF trading under the ticker symbol VBNB. Additionally, according to Reuters, once approved, this ETF will be listed on the Nasdaq.
It is worth noting that submitting an S-1 amendment (commonly marked as S-1/A) is a significant positive signal in the ETF approval process. The issuer only submits an S-1/A in response to and in modification of formal comments received from the SEC in a Comment Letter.
