Taiwan's prosecutors are investigating Xinxing Electronics, a key supplier for Nvidia, Intel, Google, and Amazon. The investigation concerns allegations that the company falsely labeled parts made in China as being produced in Taiwan, potentially violating laws against origin laundering. Xinxing Electronics is one of the world's top manufacturers of printed circuit boards, and this investigation comes amid U.S. efforts to crack down on transshipment.
