Yushu Employees Face High-Pressure Management and Low Benefits Post-IPO

After Yushu went public, employees expressed concerns about the company's future. Despite Yushu's emergence in the robotics industry with its "low-cost, high-performance" model and founder Wang Xingxing becoming a focal point, the work environment for employees is worrying. In-depth interviews reveal that Yushu's high efficiency relies on highly centralized management and a long-term high-pressure work state. Reimbursements over 100 yuan require approval from the founder, employees must report quickly, R&D personnel are expected to advance multiple projects simultaneously, and overtime has become the norm. Employees report that the performance and reward mechanism favors penalties over rewards, with salaries and benefits lacking competitiveness. On the day of the IPO, there were no celebrations within the company; employees continued working without even being offered a cup of cola. One employee with shares stated that post-IPO, they must face technical issues, stock fluctuations, and external criticism. Yushu needs to find a balance between speed, cost, and employee experience to tackle future challenges.
