Bitwise Launches Automated Token Portfolio ATP

Bitwise has launched an Automated Token Portfolio (ATP) utilizing tokenized U.S. stocks. Investors hold tokenized stocks in their own wallets instead of fund shares, while external platforms adjust the allocations according to the Bitwise model. The first product is the 'Bitwise Mag7X ATP', which tracks eight stocks—Apple, Microsoft, Nvidia, Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, Tesla, and SpaceX—equally. Bitwise has specified that the ATP is not classified as a fund or investment company. Coinbase stated that each token represents a claim to one share of actual stock and can be traded on-chain even during U.S. market holidays and weekends. The ATP is only available to accredited investors who are not U.S. citizens, and Coinbase's tokenized stocks are also not available to U.S. residents. Bitwise does not directly manage the assets included in the ATP, and rights and redemption possibilities are subject to Coinbase's terms. Not all included stocks may be available at the time of launch, and the impact of the ATP on Korean investors may vary depending on regulations.
