TDOT Renamed to 21Shares Polkadot Staking ETF
21Shares has changed the name of its U.S.-listed Polkadot (DOT) ETF from TDOT to '21Shares Polkadot Staking ETF.' This change reflects the staking structure of the existing product. In a press release on the 27th, 21Shares announced that it has collectively renamed five single digital asset ETFs listed in the U.S. TDOT has been renamed from the previous '21Shares Polkadot ETF,' and existing shareholders do not need to take any separate action. The ticker, CUSIP, underlying asset exposure, management fee, and primary listing exchange remain unchanged. As of August 26, the net asset value (NAV) of TDOT is $10.12, with assets under management (AUM) of $7,593,020.82 (approximately 1.05 billion KRW). The management fee is stated to be 0.30%. TDOT is listed on NASDAQ, with an issuance date of March 6, 2026. 21Shares explains that TDOT maintains exposure to Polkadot while staking part of it to reflect rewards. Staking rewards are not guaranteed, and 21Shares has stated that rewards may vary depending on network conditions. In its Q2 10-Q filing, TDOT reported that 79.72% of its DOT holdings were staked as of June 30. The same filing revealed that the cash distribution to shareholders in Q2 was $107,510 (approximately 148.9 million KRW). In addition to TDOT, 21Shares has also renamed TETH, TSOL, TSUI, and THYP to reflect their staking structures.
