USD.AI Secures $100 Million from Bullish
USD.AI has secured $100 million in stablecoin-based liquidity from the digital asset exchange Bullish. This funding will be used for AI infrastructure financing backed by GPUs. USD.AI announced on the 28th via its official X (Twitter) account that Bullish is providing a liquidity limit of $100 million. This will allow USD.AI to lend funds to AI infrastructure operators using high-performance computing assets as collateral. USD.AI is a protocol that offers non-recourse financing backed by infrastructure such as GPUs, separating the lending risk from the overall financial condition of the company and supplying funds solely against the GPU infrastructure. Bullish explained that this liquidity provision marks its entry into the AI infrastructure financing market, noting that investments in AI computing facilities are capital-intensive and that the related sector is growing rapidly. The head of Bullish's tokenization division emphasized that reliable real-world linked assets must exist on-chain, stating that the on-chain transparency of USD.AI allowed for liquidity provision to be evaluated against institutional-level scrutiny standards. USD.AI's sUSDai is expected to be introduced on the Bullish exchange, enhancing the liquidity and price discovery functions of GPU-backed credit in the secondary market. Both companies plan to expand joint research to improve capital procurement models in the AI equipment investment sector.
